【團園家常小菜 — 乾鮑極品雞煲】


透過燜煮雞肉配以濃郁醬汁，加入花椒、八角等調味，令雞肉彈滑入味，入口即化，能呈現出與眾不同的味道。加入鮑魚烹煮，味道鮮美且富營養價值，能提高免疫力之餘並具清熱潤燥、利腸通便功效。

乾鮑魚、雞腿肉、蒜頭、乾紅蔥頭、薑片、花椒、八角、香葉


淨重： 約1047克 (±5%）

建議食法：

1. 將真空包裝袋及辣椒醬直接放入100℃沸水中，加熱約20分鐘(明火）/ 30分鐘(電磁爐）。

2. 拆開真空包裝袋倒入煲內，（如需要可以加入適合分量辣椒醬搞拌）即可享用。可用明火爐或電磁爐煲慢火加熱享用。產地： 香港

保存期：180日 

保存方式：請保持雪藏於-18℃或以下
